Oversee corporate governance, securities compliance and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions

Build and lead a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Finance, HR, Compliance, and business units
Manage outside counsel relationships and legal budgets effectively

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
12+ years of legal experience, with a strong mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred
Deep expertise in corporate governance, securities law, and M&A transactions
Experience supporting a publicly traded company strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead complex transactions and advise senior executives and boards
Experience in the technology sector or other high-growth industries
Familiarity with global compliance and cross-border transactions
Track record of building or scaling legal functions
Expertise in due diligence, negotiation, deal structuring, and transaction documentation
Outstanding communication skills, including executive-level presentation and drafting clear disclosures
Ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and outside counsel to budget
