About this role

Lead workstreams of the strategic planning process, facilitating discussions with leadership and developing in-depth analyses.
Develop and present complex management analyses and scenario modeling, providing recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Lead the structuring and tracking of complex strategic initiatives, challenging proposals that do not demonstrate a clear connection to the strategy.
Guide and lead the process of cascading objectives into KPIs across business areas, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
Conduct critical, in-depth monitoring of the strategy and its OKRs, analyzing root causes of deviations and recommending course corrections.
Manage the pipeline of new ideas and requests, performing feasibility and risk analyses to prioritize the highest-impact initiatives.
Provide scenario analyses and recommendations to leadership, facilitating decisions on capital allocation (CAPEX) and operating resources (OPEX).
