Electronic timekeeping control – monitoring inconsistencies, making adjustments, and providing support to managers and employees on timekeeping routines;
Recording medical certificates – entering medical certificates into systems and internal controls, ensuring correct handling of the information;
Employee support;
Onboarding follow-up – supporting the onboarding steps for new employees;
Issuance of statements – preparing various statements requested by employees;
Scheduling occupational health exams – supporting the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) team with scheduling periodic and other occupational exams;
Vaccine record management – monitoring and updating vaccination records required by the company;
Management of documents and digital files – organizing, digitizing, and archiving employee documentation;
Issuance of ID badges – production and control of identification badges;
Invoice processing – receiving, controlling, and entering invoices and payment slips, ensuring timely submission to Finance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
Advantage: basic knowledge of Personnel/Payroll routines such as hiring, termination, vacation, timekeeping, and payroll;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation is desirable;
Familiarity with HR/Personnel management systems (desirable);
Previous experience in administrative tasks or personnel/payroll functions is desirable.
