Business Systems Analyst II – Manual Tester (Empower LOS)

ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company seeking a Business Systems Analyst II – Manual Tester for their Remote location. The role involves developing and executing manual test scripts, performing functional testing, and ensuring compliance in mortgage lending workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual test scripts based on finalized business and functional requirements
• Perform end-to-end functional testing across Empower LOS and Loan Officer Digital platforms
• Validate mortgage lending workflows, business scenarios, and system integrations
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and support defect resolution cycles
• Ensure compliance validation for regulatory workflows (e.g., TRID and related controls)
• Collaborate with business, release, and QA teams to highlight gaps, risks, and testing readiness

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Empower LOS
• Expertise in manual testing & test case design/execution
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending workflows & regulatory concepts
