Responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for permanent commercial and industrial waste services in an assigned territory.
Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business with smaller, less complex customers.
Increasing customer penetration by selling products.
Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of available services and pricing.
Performing contractual re-signs on existing customers to extend relationships.
Responding to all cancellation requests.
Utilizing Salesforce to schedule and document activities.
Meeting with Sales Manager to review retention activities and customer relationships.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
Waste or transportation industry experience. (Preferred)
