About this role
Role Overview
Identifying and developing new customers within food manufacturing, retail and foodservice
Building relationships with key stakeholders (procurement, operations, NPD, technical teams)
Selling a value-led, consultative packaging solution
Managing the full sales process — from prospecting through to closing deals
Developing and executing a clear commercial plan for your territory
Tracking market trends, sustainability legislation, and competitor activity
Partnering internally with technical, operations and supply chain teams to deliver solutions
The focus is on opening new accounts and driving growth , not just maintaining relationships
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
Experience selling into food manufacturers, processors, or foodservice networks
Ability to sell technical or value-driven solutions
Strong commercial drive with evidence of winning new business
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
Self-motivation and comfort working in a field-based role
Fluent French, with English ideally for wider group communication.
