Designs, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes and field performance.
Partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global sales and partner priorities.
Conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Assesses performance gaps, field readiness, and success criteria across skills, processes, tools, and behaviors.
Develops formal enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, revenue objectives, and strategic learning goals.
Leads end-to-end design of enablement programs, including learning journeys, tools, resources, and reinforcement mechanisms.
Owns execution from design through launch and adoption.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or related field.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment.
Experience with global programs preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
