Actively participate in the planning process
Prepare actual reports for areas and management
Provide buses expense information
Understand, analyze and provide specific information regarding common expenses
Track budget execution to identify risks/opportunities and potential savings
Work directly with areas to ensure target accomplishment
Prepare, review and submit information for fixed expense reports by business unit and area of responsibility
Work together with HR team to fully understand and track manpower expenses
Monitor 3rd party expenses and cross charge related to its operation
