About this role
Role Overview
Respond to and resolve escalated Workday support requests and complex system issues
Troubleshoot system challenges to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and process improvements
Support new integrations between Workday and other business systems
Collaborate with senior team members on project-based initiatives and system upgrades
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Workday solutions
Improve operational efficiency through system optimization and automation
Maintain and strengthen data integrity across Workday processes and transactions
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business needs
Deliver a high-quality, user-focused experience through effective system support and solutions
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years of relevant HRIS experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Hands-on experience Workday or another HRIS platform, with exposure to HCM business processes, reporting, security, or configuration.
Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Talent Acquisition preferred.
Understanding of HR processes and practices.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience researching and resolving issues independently using resources such as Workday Community, documentation, and peer networks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
Fluency in Spanish, helping us better support a diverse employee population.
