About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of our outbound pipeline, from identifying target accounts to converting leads through proactive outreach via phone, email and other channels
Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customers to effectively communicate our value proposition and engage decision-makers
Create, refine, and optimize call scripts, outreach sequences, and sales materials based on real-world customer interactions
Work closely with the sales and product teams, sharing insights from customer conversations and helping shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
Requirements
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
You enjoy speaking with people, are confident on the phone, and know how to build trust and create engagement
You are resilient, reliable, and comfortable handling objections and rejection
You have initial experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
You are tech-savvy and curious about AI (experience in logistics is a plus)
You are able to work independently, take ownership of your results and thrive in a fast-moving environment
