Prepare and send quotes on behalf of Sales Representatives
Create and maintain reports, logs, and documentation
Communicate daily with clients and vendors via phone, text, and email
Support sales reps with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
Use Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination
Ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered on time
Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and customer needs

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
2-3 years of sales experience
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficient in Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Fast learner and comfortable with technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
