We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of Executive Assistant, part-time at 18 hours per week, 10 AM ET.

Act as the communication bridge between the client, the sales reps, clients, and the ops team
Manage and organize emails
Submit orders
Answer customer emails
Help manage communication tied to a large customer base
Support wholesale sales admin so the client can stay focused on selling
Assist with coordination related to manufacturing and accounting
Excel proficiency
Strong oral and written communication skills
