Role Overview
- Supervise implementation and follow through of the SOTP/OTIF processes.
- Develop and implement an agenda for overall vendor compliance.
- Monitor and advise on behavior by manufacturers.
- Hold meetings to review manufacturer performance.
- Provide vendor process improvement plans.
- Analyze reports and take corrective action with manufacturers.
- Monitor overall measurement of vendor alert responses.
- Work with IT as needed to update capabilities and processes.
- Monitor and publish scorecards for internal and external users.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- General Studies
- 1 year of industry experience
- Skills in Excel, Google, Hyperion, SQL
- Independent worker who can problem solve.
- Ability to meet with manufacturers and provide direction.
