Role Overview
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Design, develop, and execute proactive, below-the-line targeted campaigns — covering migration, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell — aligned with enterprise mobile commercial objectives.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: audience selection, offer definition, channel strategy, scheduling, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Drive ARPU uplift and improve customer retention (NPS) through well-structured, insight-led campaign activity.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex, multi-dimensional customer datasets using SPSS Modeller, PEGA, and other analytical tools.
- Build and apply statistical models to identify the most responsive target populations and optimal commercial actions.
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis (CR, SR, Uplift, Revenues) and continuously refine tactics to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and evolve customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour, industry, and commercial opportunity.
- Compile, maintain, and deliver weekly and monthly reports and executive presentations.
- Translate customer insights into meaningful, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
Your Superpowers🚀:
- 5+ years of experience in CVM, CRM, Analytics, or a closely related commercial/marketing function — ideally within telecoms or another high-complexity, data-rich industry.
- Hands-on experience with analytical and data-mining tools; IBM SPSS Modeller proficiency is a strong advantage. Familiarity with PEGA or similar campaign management platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management — acquisition, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn prevention — in a B2B or enterprise context.
- Ability to work fluently with large, multi-dimensional datasets and translate them into clear audience definitions and campaign strategies.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying tools is appreciated.
- Advanced analytical skills combined with strong commercial thinking — you see both the data and the business opportunity.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Deep curiosity about customer behaviour and a habit of turning data into actionable insight.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Research, Economics, or a related quantitative/analytical field — or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Very good command of English (written and verbal).
