Drive overall Westlake business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, increasing product specification and adoption, and expanding wallet share with existing accounts
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning
Effectively present and demonstrate Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including HOAs, architects, consultants, and contractors
Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the roofing and HOA sectors
Work closely with the Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless support for customers and successful project execution
Requirements
Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented
An enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
Working knowledge of MS office suite including teams and outlook 365
Experience with Salesforce
Job will require 70% travel on average
Ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week and riding in automobiles for several hours per day is required
Insurability and valid US state driver’s license is mandatory.
