Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and benefits realisation
Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, delivery plans, reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and third-party suppliers
Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective management of business readiness, stakeholder adoption and change impacts
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Identify opportunities to support client growth and contribute to proposal development and practice growth

Proven experience managing initiatives ranging from strategic technology implementations through to enterprise-wide transformation programmes
Leading Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery teams, with practical exposure to roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Programme / Product Manager
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Relevant delivery certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, MSP SAFe, PMP, Scrum
Experience of working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
Domain understanding of financial services, particularly capital markets, corporate banking, and insurance.
