About this role
Role Overview
- Support companies in standardizing and increasing the efficiency of their planning processes
- Implement and configure TRICAD MS in customer environments
- Create and adapt standardized planning structures
- Deliver training sessions for end users
- Advise on effective workflows and functional possibilities
- Support customers in the successful deployment of our solution
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science
- Alternatively, a technical qualification as a technician with knowledge in Building Services Engineering (Technical Building Equipment) or a vocational/trade background with practical knowledge of construction-site requirements
- Ideally, experience with MicroStation, Revit or TRICAD MS
- Enjoy teaching and shaping solutions
- Open, reliable and customer-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel
