Role Overview
- Act as the technical specialist for tenders
- Pre-design electrical distribution systems and ensure compliance with specifications
- Process technical documentation for tenders
- Evaluate RFQs and estimate required working hours
- Prepare supplier inquiries in cooperation with procurement
- Participate in technical and commercial negotiations
- Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders like procurement, project management, engineering, development and our factory
Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Experience from electrification and/or automation systems
- Experience from hydropower plant environments
- You speak and write fluent English
- Fluency in Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian is seen as an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good social skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt new things
- Experience in designing electrical and/or automation systems for hydropower plants
