Lead the coordinated delivery of IAG Cargo’s most important global commercial initiatives.
Manage the Regional Business Managers, providing clear direction, support and challenge.
Work across regions to ensure consistent execution, strong governance and clear progress in support of the Global Selling Strategy and Joint Business partnerships.
Coordinate Business Management activity for Joint Business partnerships (e.g. QR, MH), ensuring alignment, governance and consolidated reporting.
Coordinate delivery of the sales incentive process across regions, including timelines, inputs and execution.
Support delivery of the Global Selling Strategy by embedding a global mindset and ensuring aligned regional execution.
Provide structured tracking, governance and issue resolution to accelerate delivery of agreed priorities.
Identify cross‑regional dependencies, risks and opportunities, escalating where required to enable effective decision‑making.
Partner closely with Sales Effectiveness Manager and Head of Business Management to ensure alignment on directorate priorities.
