Role Overview
- Build and run the account management function

Requirements
- Experience leading account management or customer success
- Ability to build scalable processes
- Hands-on management of accounts
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
- Commercial mindset regarding accounts’ health, risk, and growth
- Proficiency in modern tools and technology like AI
