About this role
Role Overview
- Act as a technical liaison between business partners, product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Create and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams
- Support testing activities by validating requirements and reviewing test scenarios
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong experience with REST APIs and JSON payload analysis
- Experience reviewing and authoring API specifications using Swagger
- Proven data mapping and data transformation experience
- Ability to understand and document complex system ‑ to ‑ system integrations
- Ability to create and maintain end-to-end process flows and orchestration diagrams
- Solid understanding of testing concepts
- Proven experience creating and writing user stories and functional requirements
- Experience serving as a technical liaison between business and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
