Role Overview
- Own quality outcomes across payments processing, treasury products, and services/implementations
- Define and execute integrated test strategies covering product builds, configurations, and client onboarding activities
- Establish release and implementation readiness standards aligned to change risk and client impact
- Drive intelligent, data driven automation strategies focused on high risk and repeatable scenarios
- Ensure strong delivery governance, risk visibility, and audit ready execution practices
- Lead managers, capacity planning, and vendor accountability across the domain
Requirements
- 15+ years in Quality Engineering / Software Engineering
- 8–10+ years leading managers and enterprise scale delivery
- Strong experience with automation at scale, complex integrations, and CI/CD quality practices
- Proven ability to influence senior engineering and product leaders
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
