Own demand generation and pipeline contribution through multi‑channel campaigns, ABM, digital activity, events and nurture programs.
Execute campaigns hands‑on while optimizing conversion across the funnel in partnership with Sales.
Lead co‑marketing initiatives with Informatica, Snowflake, Microsoft, Semarchy and AWS.
Secure and manage MDF, run joint campaigns, and strengthen Agile’s visibility across partner ecosystems.
Define and refine Agile’s value propositions and productized services.
Ensure messaging is differentiated, persona‑aligned and grounded in customer and market insight.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, co‑owning pipeline goals and supporting deal acceleration.
Deliver sales enablement assets including pitch decks, playbooks, case studies and competitive positioning.
Own Agile’s brand narrative, tone of voice and messaging architecture.
Ensure consistent, compelling communication across all channels and internal teams.
Build a content engine that supports awareness, demand and sales.
Oversee creation of whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars and partner‑aligned content.
Own HubSpot as the marketing tech stack, ensuring accurate reporting, attribution and automation.
Track KPIs including pipeline contribution, campaign performance and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget and MDF allocations to maximize commercial impact.
Lead and develop the existing marketing team while remaining hands‑on with execution.
Manage external contractors and agencies to extend capability and scale delivery efficiently.
Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Alliances and Consulting.
Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership to support commercial decision‑making.
Requirements
A proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth , with hands‑on experience executing campaigns as well as shaping strategy.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment , with a strong understanding of how to market complex, high‑value services.
Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems (e.g., Informatica, Snowflake, Microsoft, Semarchy, AWS) and experience securing and managing MDF or co‑marketing programs.
Leadership experience as a player/manager, able to set direction while remaining hands‑on with execution across campaigns, content, digital and operations.
Experience developing and coaching high ‑ performing teams , including managing existing internal resources and external contractors or agencies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem ‑ solving skills , with the ability to translate market insight into clear propositions and GTM plans.
Practical expertise in digital marketing , including content, social, ABM, email, events and marketing automation.
Excellent analytical skills , with the ability to interpret data, optimise performance and make evidence‑based decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Alliances, Consulting and senior leadership.
A bias for action , thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment where commercial impact matters.
Exposure to Hubspot would be an advantage.
Previous experience within a Data & Analytics, Cloud Services company
Exposure to previous experience marketing within a Consulting Services, Business Services, or Software sales sector.
