Business Manager

Role Overview

• Develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Manage and develop 1-2 analysts and coach associates
• Implement new product and pricing strategies
• Lead marketing efforts for products
• Drive improvements in credit performance through analysis
• Manage delivery of business intent and execute against product strategy
• Partner with departments across Capital One for quality and profitability improvements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
• 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
• 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
