Strategic relationship management
- Partnership stewardship: You will manage a high-profile client portfolio and turn one-off transactions into long-term strategic alliances by proactively delivering real value.
- Executive liaison: You will be the main point of contact for senior decision-makers, advising them at an expert level and ensuring Lingoda’s solutions are firmly embedded in the client’s HR strategy.
- Feedback integration: You will distill complex client feedback and market changes into concrete insights for the leadership team to help shape future product and sales direction.
