Accounting Associate, Digital

Role Overview

• Support new clients in onboarding and using the firm's digital tools: client portal, billing software, document submission
• Guide them in setting up their electronic invoicing processes: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, approval workflows
• Develop clear, tailored training materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant
• You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.

• You can create clear training materials and deliver training sessions
• You can manage multiple files concurrently.
