assist business teams in learning and using approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and other enterprise platforms
help translate business needs into simple AI-driven use cases, prompts, and workflows
create simple, practical examples that show employees how AI can reduce manual work, improve analysis speed, and improve documentation quality
assist with intake of AI use case ideas across functions
prepare simple summaries for review by senior team members

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2 years of professional AI-related experience preferred; internships, co-ops, analytics projects, or coursework
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and business process improvement
Basic familiarity using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
