Role Overview
- Engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to understand improvement targets
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate the current landscape
- Define capabilities required to achieve business outcomes
- Prioritize investments and initiatives
- Develop and manage the Digital Capability Roadmap for supported areas
- Manage the lifecycle of initiatives from inception through Agile execution and delivery
- Lead the creation of Lean Business Cases
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 plus years of relevant experience
- bachelor's degree or an advanced degree and minimum of 10 plus years of experience
- Experience in an Agile solution delivery environment
- Current U.S. citizenship is required
