Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications;
Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management;
Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability;
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability;
Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement;
Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture.
Requirements
BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree;
Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager;
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance;
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
