Lead end-to-end recruiting for senior technology roles, including but not limited to engineering, data, digital, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture leadership
Partner with senior leaders and HR to align hiring with business priorities, leadership gaps, and succession plans
Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement
Provide market insights, including talent trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarking
Assess candidates for leadership capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential
Manage the full hiring process, including stakeholder alignment, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Oversee external search partners, ensuring quality and performance standards
Strengthen recruiting effectiveness by improving tools, processes, and best practices, while coaching team members
Requirements
Greater than 10 years experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources Req
3-5 years leading through mentorship in related field Req
3-5 years leading projects and initiatives Req
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required
