Responsible for a global product portfolio in the field of tracheostomy
Initiate and further develop the portfolio based on product and market performance
Create and maintain portfolio and pipeline overviews and communicate them internally and externally
Develop mitigation strategies and handle escalation processes
Lead and participate in international projects related to the product portfolio
Build and maintain competitor analyses and market intelligence
Support local markets and global market communications
Actively contribute to the organizational development of the area of responsibility
Work closely with global teams, internal interfaces and international sales units
Prepare and contribute to business meetings and contract negotiations together with Procurement
Develop sound business cases, including make-or-buy analyses
Identify and realize global synergies
Ensure sustainable portfolio hygiene and optimize complementary product segments
Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, business, healthcare/health management, natural sciences/biomedicine (or equivalent); alternatively, a completed healthcare vocational training (nursing, OTA, MTA, physiotherapy) is desirable
Solid knowledge and several years (3–5 years) of experience in international product and portfolio management, ideally in a regulated environment (MedTech/Pharmaceuticals)
Strong project management skills and experience in international communication and stakeholder management
Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485) and clinical applications is desirable
Understanding of clinical and/or out-of-hospital ventilation applications is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent English (C1) and at least good German (at least B1); additional languages are a plus
