Role Overview
Independently identify relevant target companies and key decision-makers
Proactively reach out via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
Execute structured outbound campaigns with a focus on cold calling
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Actively support preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
Maintain CRM data in HubSpot and document interactions
Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and outreach strategies
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C2) as well as solid English proficiency (C1-C2)
Hands-on experience with B2B clients in the Netherlands
Ambitious, performance-driven, and motivated to compete
High activity level and persistence in the face of rejection
Eager to rapidly improve in sales and take on responsibility
Active seeker of cold calling opportunities
