You will take on varied tasks within our team, from lead generation and presenting the product to developing the best possible solution for the customer.
You will primarily handle inbound leads and MQLs, although occasional cold outreach may be required.
Conduct full end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstrations to negotiations and contract closing.
Attend medical conferences and trade shows.
Identify and develop new lead channels and continuously optimize existing channels.
Requirements
Enjoy making calls and inspiring and persuading people.
Confident handling of stressful situations and goal-oriented work.
Ideally, experience working with sales targets in previous roles.
Strong communication skills and fluent German (C2).
Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare and sales.
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot.
