Support the FP&A partnership with the Revenue & Marketing teams.
Budget process management: Assist the Senior FP&A Manager in the end-to-end budget process for your scope (annual budget, re-forecasts/re-estimations, monthly financial reviews).
Marketing cost management: Help build and track the marketing cost budget throughout the year, reconciling performance on a monthly basis at both macro and granular levels.
Business partnering: Assist in building and maintaining financial models to monitor the performance of various marketing activities and to assess the financial impact of key initiatives.
Support financial information quality: Contribute to the accuracy and quality of financial information within your scope (support in preparing monthly accruals/provisions, variance analysis, model recalibration, etc.).
Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to specific financial projects supporting ManoMano’s growth, particularly projects related to marketing effectiveness and margin improvement.
Tool support: Assist the Senior FP&A Manager in the use and development of our reporting and forecasting platform (Pigment).
Business planning and performance monitoring (Revenue & Margin):
Revenue & margin planning: Support the construction and review of business plans for ManoMano’s topline (BV
Business Volume) and bottomline (Customer Margin, MVC
ManoMano Commission) in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Performance monitoring: Help monitor topline and bottomline outcomes against targets (vs Budget, vs Forecast, vs N-1) on both short-term (monthly) and longer-term horizons.
Deep-dive analysis: Take part in owning and monitoring topics that significantly influence topline and bottomline trajectories, such as the impact of BV on advertising revenue and the dynamics of commission.
Reporting: Contribute to the production of regular performance analyses (monthly, quarterly) for relevant stakeholders, providing insightful commentary on variances and key trends.
Requirements
Final-year student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) from a top business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
High interest in performance analysis, revenue drivers, and profitability (margin) concepts.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
Experience with an EPM solution (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and rigor (prioritization, time management, meeting deadlines).
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in analysis.
Curious, proactive, and highly autonomous.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to present financial topics clearly to non-financial audiences.
Fluent in both French and English.
