12+ years of product management experience
At least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role
Deep technical expertise in file system architecture
Proven track record of developing and launching enterprise infrastructure products
P&L management experience with ownership of revenue targets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
