You develop and manage our social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok & other platforms — using creative, data-driven approaches.
You independently plan, shoot and edit videos, Reels & Stories — and also take on an on-camera role yourself.
You grow our cat community, actively interact with followers and drive engagement.
You identify and recruit suitable content creators & brands for collaborations and establish long-term partnerships.
From product launches to seasonal campaigns — you plan and lead campaigns from A to Z.
You measure the performance of your content and optimize it based on data to maximize reach & conversion.
You stay up to date with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas for our brand.

1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing
On-camera affinity: You’re comfortable appearing on camera and representing The Better Cat authentically.
Creative storytelling: You know how to create compelling content that drives reach and delights customers.
Platform expertise: You know Instagram, TikTok & other platforms inside out — and have a nose for viral trends.
Technical know-how: Experience with video production & editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
Strong communication skills: Fluent German; English is a plus.
Passion for cats and their health — you’ll be working with a community of cat owners!
