- Present selected profiles to our firm or directly to clients depending on the assignment
- Build and maintain your candidate network
- Ensure professional follow-up of the candidate experience
- Occasionally participate in end-to-end recruitment projects
- Monitor digital/IT roles and job market trends
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting appreciated
- Independent status or desire to work as a freelancer
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening
- Ability to organize work autonomously
- Ability to quickly identify the right profiles
- Results-oriented and committed to quality of service
