Development of customer level strategies & solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team, guide and advise stakeholders at all levels in the Bank.
Development of product propositions, define the priorities for delivering outcomes and lead execution.
Evaluation of technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks associated with new product development.
Monitoring of market trends and analysis feedback for product improvement.

Experience in collection and recoveries/Financial Assistance.
Ability to look at customer journeys and provide suggestions on how products can be improved based on internal and external market perspectives.
Experience in project delivery end to end, including experience working against agile principals.
Experience in building robust business cases against product propositions and measuring through to post-delivery benefits validation.
Experience working in regulatory and compliance environment.
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders up to Director level across cross-functional teams to support with decision-making.
Knowledge of multiple product types such as secured & unsecured, which may be revolving or non-revolving in nature.
Experience in using SQL, SAS, Jira or Confluence.
Agile accredited.
Knowledge of impairment, risk weighted assets & operational expenditure metrics.
