Lead Promotions and Commercial Enablement: Design and manage targeted promotional programs aligned with business goals. Equip commercial teams with tools, playbooks, and training to effectively execute and communicate offers.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Value & Access, and Global Product Management to align pricing and promotional strategies across functions and markets.
Leverage Insights for Optimization: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to inform strategy. Use data to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and promotional innovation.
Support Business Planning and Forecasting: Contribute to annual planning with pricing and promotional inputs for revenue forecasts, scenario modeling, and strategic planning. Share accountability for commercial performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in pricing strategy, commercial marketing, or revenue management within diagnostics, medical devices, biotech, or life sciences
Demonstrated success in developing and executing pricing models and promotional programs that drive commercial results
Strong business acumen and ability to align pricing and promotional strategies with broader financial and strategic goals
Excellent analytical skills with experience in pricing analytics, market modeling, and performance tracking
