Own and execute testing efforts for assigned features, products, or integrations
Ensure coverage of functional, exploratory, and regression testing needs
Collaborate with Technical Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to define testing scope, risks, and acceptance criteria for features and releases
Perform application and platform testing on in-house and third-party integrations based on regulatory and technical requirements
Design, implement, and maintain manual test cases and applicable automated tests
Lead investigation, reproduction, and analysis of complex defects
Clearly document issues with actionable detail, traceability, and context
Review, reproduce, and validate issues raised by external testing entities or partners
Proactively identify quality risks, gaps in coverage, or process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
Mentor junior testers.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a closely related technical role
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycles, and quality best practices
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience designing, maintaining automated tests
Experience troubleshooting all major consumer operating systems (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows)
Experience with testing and debugging web and mobile applications.
Demonstrated ability to independently investigate issues, reason about system behavior, and assess risk
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in sports wagering and interactive casino gaming technology is a plus
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Occasional to semi-frequent travel for on-site field testing, with advance notice.
