Role Overview
- Develop Yara Nutritional Programs for the region's main crops;
- Deliver presentations and trainings, set up demonstration plots, and organize field days;
- Conduct customer visits to provide positioning and sales support;
- Perform post-sale follow-up and monitor the performance of Yara Nutritional Programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy;
- Collaborative mindset and initiative within team settings;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Consultative approach;
- Availability for frequent technical field visits;
- Knowledge of plant physiology and nutrition;
- Experience with the region's key crops;
- Knowledge of foliar nutrition is desirable;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Valid category B driver's license;
- Proficiency with digital tools is desirable.
