You shape the overall technical vision for the portal portfolio (customer, configuration and monitoring portals) together with the developers
You advance technical standards in alignment with the entire development department and lead the team in implementing complex SPAs
You make well-founded decisions about frontend architecture to create a modular, reusable component and logic base for all our portals
On the backend, you design robust interfaces using REST, gRPC and Pub/Sub and actively drive the architecture of our services
You continuously drive harmonization of the codebase and evaluate architectural patterns with regard to long-term scalability
Together with the team, you are responsible for the efficiency of our delivery pipeline
You establish best practices for Git and containerised environments that enable a smooth workflow for the entire team
You act as a technical sparring partner for product management and UX
You actively manage the balance between developing new features, maintenance work and reducing technical debt
You contribute technical perspectives early in product development and ensure that customer value and technical excellence go hand in hand.

8+ years of professional experience developing complex full‑stack applications
Ideally experience in a technical leadership role
Degree (university/technical college/applied sciences) in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Active mentoring as well as strategic code reviews and pair programming at the architecture level
Careful consideration of “build vs. buy” decisions
Solid understanding of security concepts (OWASP, AuthZ/AuthN)
Ability to present complex technical topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Business‑fluent English and ideally fluent German
Confident use of artificial intelligence as an enhancer in your workflow
Team‑oriented, highly self‑motivated, fostering a culture of openness, transparency, continuous learning and constructive handling of mistakes.
