About this role
Role Overview
Operate and maintain our office network, on‑premises infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure on Azure, including UniFi networking equipment, GPU workstations, and employee laptops
Improve our internal support process by helping to prioritize and analyze requests, implement short‑term solutions, fix root causes, and enhance the tooling around support requests using a combination of Slack and Jira Service Desk
Support project teams in deploying and operating software projects on modern cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Terraform)
Expand your expertise by participating in research & development projects and growing your skills beyond pure admin and support work into areas such as SRE, DevOps, and MLOps
Take ownership of our IT security standards, including SLA, ISO and TISAX compliance
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., system integration, application development, etc.) or a university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field such as Support/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or IT administration, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of networking, on‑premises infrastructure, cloud and container technologies, automation and monitoring tools, Linux, and CI/CD, plus the curiosity to dive deeper into a range of topics
Solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams; strong command of English (spoken and written) is required, German skills are a plus
