Play a crucial role in building and maintaining business partnerships with external customers and stakeholders
Handle core accounting responsibilities for accounts receivables across the Gentoo Media function
Assist in creating transparency for the performance of the company
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
Prepare and send monthly sales invoices and statements to customers accurately and on time
Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections
Provide regular updates regarding assigned customers
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Perform customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
Conduct monthly cashouts from affiliate wallets
Monitor debtor balances and report any discrepancies
Maintain an up-to-date list of active accounts in the revenue report
Report slow-paying or non-paying customers to Account Managers and, if necessary, the Legal department
Assist in monthly reconciliations and support audit-related queries

A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
Previous experience in credit control is crucial
Previous experience in iGaming Industry is preferred
An ability to work to meet with agreed deadlines
Ability to take ownership of tasks on an individual and team basis, as applicable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish effective relationships, both in the immediate team and wider business
Competence in Excel, general IT and accounting packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
