You take product responsibility for our wall assembly – from the load-bearing concrete core to the finished exterior façade
You develop economical, standards-compliant and scalable wall assemblies (insulation, layer composition, system integration)
You optimize wall geometries with regard to material use, building physics, costs, reduction of GWP and construction workflow
You evaluate new insulation systems, materials and hybrid construction methods
You work closely with project execution and support project acquisition and implementation
You act as a sparring partner for our 3D-printing teams and ensure that all further developments of the wall system are implemented pragmatically and become immediately visible on our construction sites
You manage several parallel projects with external clients and development partners
You independently carry these projects to completion at a senior level — technically, on schedule and economically
You systematically transfer practical experience into the further development of our construction system
You do not consider a wall as a detail, but as a scalable product

Completed degree in building physics, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in residential construction
Doer mentality: take responsibility, make decisions and deliver results
Strong understanding of thermal insulation, wall and insulation systems, and construction site processes
Advanced technical understanding for evaluating complex construction engineering topics
Ability to conceive wall solutions not only technically but as economically viable and scalable products
Solid understanding of ecological assessment criteria in construction (e.g. GWP, CO₂ balance, life cycle assessment)
Strategic and commercial thinking with a clear eye for costs, efficiency and feasibility
Interest in innovative construction methods and automation
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
