Carrying out financial analysis and preparing financial reports for fund management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, conducting financial research and in-depth investigations, analysing complex scenarios, producing meaningful financial reports, adhering to internal controls, and ensuring transparency and accuracy to support decision-making
Collaborating with executive leadership and accounting teams to drive financial planning and support strategic business initiatives
Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process by aligning financial targets with strategic objectives
Reviewing fund business processes by reconciling contractually agreed management fees with assets under management (AuM)
Optimising departmental processes and tools through automation and the implementation of AI-powered solutions

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional experience in a bank’s Asset Management department, at a fund management firm, or in auditing/financial consulting at a Big Four firm
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with the ability to work both on-site and remotely while setting priorities, coordinating tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills for interaction with teams and executives
Proficient IT skills and confidence using accounting software and financial tools
