About this role

Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecasts;
Understand monthly variances and detail the main causes;
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective actions with managers;
Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
Perform revenue recognition and deferral based on project progress;
Collaborate in the accounting close processes and financial reporting;
Control and reconcile intercompany balances;
Interpret and reclassify information for consolidated management reports;
Work together with other areas of the company, providing analytical support for decision-making;
Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes;
Respond to requests and provide clarifications during audit processes.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting (preferred) or related fields;
Previous experience in controllership, financial planning or related areas;
Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16;
Intermediate-level Excel;
Experience with ERP systems — SAP considered a plus;
Intermediate level English or Spanish.
