Prepare for and participate in representative bodies (Works Council
CSE, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee
CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue
Support the implementation of collective agreements and risk assessment documents (DUER), ensuring follow-up of related diagnostics and action plans
Take part in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE)
Draft, secure and monitor employee contractual documents
Coordinate the follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners, including law firms
Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation)
Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).

Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Employment/Social Law
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a transforming organization or multi-site environment
Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective
Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
Autonomy in handling and following up cases
Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.
