Support the HR department on the full scope of employment/social law matters across the company
Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue
Support the implementation of collective agreements and the DUE (single risk assessment document), ensuring follow-up of diagnostics and associated action plans
Participate in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE)
Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor employee contractual documents
Coordinate follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners
Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation)
Maintain active legal monitoring and provide advice and expertise to teams
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Labor/Social Law
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a transforming or multi-site environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a strategic perspective
Structured organization and rigorous priority management
Ability to work autonomously in managing and following up cases
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
