Emergency Preparedness Program Manager

Role Overview

• Conduct facility risk assessments and facilitate emergency exercises.
• Update emergency operations plans and collaborate with leaders on preparedness initiatives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of emergency management activities for the Banner Health System.
• Coordinate exercises and training, maintain the emergency management plan, and support actual incident responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Nursing or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of five years of disaster management experience.
• Strong knowledge of disaster management regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
